OverviewIn this meditation, we find a place of solace by reducing anxiety levels. We achieve this by going through a powerful visualization, taking part in a breathing exercise, and finally taking time to experience the present moment. The visualization involves imagining a shining bright light within. This light is the light that is inside every human being, and during this exercise, we recognize the power which exists in each one of us. We then progress by taking part in the 3,5,8 breathing technique, which is a powerful way of settling uneasy feelings. Finally, we simply take time to experience the present moment.
