OverviewWe begin by paying attention to the sound of the music playing in the background to find the present moment so we can initiate rest. We then shift the present focus into noticing our breathing and finish with a restful visualization where we float on a raft at night in a beautiful lake. The sound of music has the ability to allow the mind to find mental solitude in any given moment. Sometimes the feeling is almost instantaneous, and we listen to the music with this mind. Breathing is a similar practice in that it helps us become aware of something other than the processes of the mind. The visualization is incredibly powerful for finding deep sleep; all you have to do is listen to my guidance as I describe the beautiful environment.CreditsWritten By: Nathan WilliamsPresented By: Nathan WilliamsBegin Session
