This is a Yoga inspired, seated recovery routine that mimics the flow of a yoga sequence, but can be done 100% in a chair. This seated flow is designed to reduce stress as well as muscle and joint tension in your neck, back, and hip. If you are recovering from an injury or looking for a super safe workout routine to slowly build flexibility and strength, this is an excellent option!
