Instructions

Stand up straight, your feet shoulder width apart, keep your back straight and hips facing forward, with your arms stretched horizontally to your sides, cross your arms and then bring them out and back as far as you can, stretching your chest, repeat this back and forth motion until the set is complete. Breathe slowly and allow your muscles to propel the movement. The arms should move in a steady and fluid motion. This is a great cardio boost and increases your flexibility.
